Itinerary 1 - The early bird gets the best view

We pick you up in Melbourne CBD, hitting the road bright and early to beat the masses. First stop is Forrest - no, that’s not a typo. This isn’t any old forest. This is one of the best mountain bike courses in Australia. We'll spend the morning tearing up the trails and working up an appetite for lunch. You don't need to be an expert - as long as you can ride a bike you're good to go.

Itinerary 2 - Waves and wildlife

We'll spend the afternoon checking out the beautiful beaches and diverse wildlife that call this part of the world home. Never seen a koala? You probably will today. We'll also keep our eyes peeled for kangaroos, wallabies, wombats, echidnas and native birds.

Next we'll head to our accommodation - a luxury lodge in the rainforest* - and grab some food and maybe a few drinks. You might want to go easy though: day two's a big one.

*This is a description of our usual accommodation, which may occasionally be unavailable. If so we will find quality accommodation elsewhere.

Itinerary 3 - The shot of a lifetime

After breakfast on day two, our first stop is Port Campbell National Park where we put our hiking boots on for a trek through the bush. Chances are good we’ll beat other tour groups to one of the most breathtaking attractions in Melbourne, the Twelve Apostles. We’ll feast our eyes on this feat of nature and no doubt it will be selfies galore. We'll also check out some other sights such as Loch Ard Gorge and the Razorback.

Itinerary 4 - Off the road and into the ocean

The Great Ocean Road would just be Road if it weren’t for the ocean beside it. So the next activity on our tour sees us hit the beach at Apollo Bay. Choose between a surfboard or a stand up paddle board to show us your best moves on the water. And don’t fret if you’ve never done it before, we’ve got some moves of our own we can teach you.

Once we dry off it's time for the journey home with a pocketful of memories and, more than likely, some awesome new travelling buddies.
